Processing Time

All Luna B pieces are handmade in small batches in my Portland studio.

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2–4 business days.
Made-to-order pieces may take 3–7 business days before shipping.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping

We ship via USPS with tracking included.

Shipping timelines vary by destination and are outside our control once the package is in transit. Luna B is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email within 5 days of delivery with a photo and order number. I’ll make it right.

For non-earring items (pins, keychains, etc.), returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.

Care Instructions

Luna B jewelry is lightweight and durable, but it’s still handmade art.

To keep your pieces happy:
• Avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals
• Remove before swimming or showering
• Store flat and dry
• Handle with care

Acrylic and resin components can scratch if tossed loosely into bags or drawers.

Materials

Most Luna B earrings are made from laser-cut acrylic and wood with stainless steel, gold plated stainless steel, or brass hardware. Specific materials are listed on each product page.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked delivered by USPS, Luna B is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact your local post office first.

Small Batch Notice

Many designs are limited edition or seasonal and may not return once sold out. If you love it, don’t wait 🌷
