All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that Luna B is not responsible for USPS delays, lost shipments, or items damaged in the mail. If one of these unfortunate scenarios occurs, please file a claim with the post office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

International Shipping Rates
Luna B offers international shipping with DHL and USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Delivery
Luna B does not offer local delivery but does offer local pickup if you're in Portland. Please see below for details.
In Person Pick Up 
Luna B now offers in-person pickup in Southwest Portland (just south of Multnomah Village). Use code PORCH for local pickup and email lunabjewelry@gmail.com to coordinate a pickup date within 4 business days.
How do I check the status of my order?  
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lunabjewelry@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes 
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. boxes. If that happens, I will send an email requesting an alternate shipping address.
